Strawberry Jam Sweet Buns


Strawberry Jam Sweet Buns taste just as good as it sounds. These fluffy, sweet buns have no sugar added to them and include products from Good Good Brand. It only took me about an hour to make and are super easy. They are perfect for your Sunday brunch and are a healthier option to your normal Sweet Buns. Hope you guys try it out!


Ingredients Buns:

2 packets of rapid rise yeast
1 cup warm water
1/3 coconut oil
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar from Good Good
1/2 jar of strawberry jam from Good Good

Glazing:

1 cup stevia sugar from Good Good
1/2 cup almond milk
2 drops vanilla stevia drops from Good Good 



Method:
Heat the water until it becomes medium warm and add the yeast to it. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the mixture has bubbles in it. When the mixture is ready blend all the ingredients into a big bowl.



Roll out the dough and create a box like shape and add the strawberry jam on top.



Roll up the dough and cut it up into small buns. This mixture created about 10 buns. 


Let them sit for 20 minutes before putting them in the oven. Bake the buns for 15 minutes on 350 degrees fahrenheit. Let them cool for a few minutes before adding the glaze and toppings. 




Added fresh strawberries on top (optional)
